  • Serve as the primary point of contact to provide professional customer service for all residents on association-related education, information, questions, and concerns.

  • Professional bookkeeping and transparent financial statements including bank statements and reconciliations.
  • Assist with delinquent account collections.
  • Federal and State tax returns, including 1099 reporting.
  • Financial controls set by the Board of Directors (payment thresholds, online bill approval).
  • Coordinate insurance coverage.
