About Us
Eiram Management Group is a Georgia real estate firm that specializes in off-site management, on-site management, accounting services, and administrative services for Georgia community associations.
Eiram Management Group was established in 2019. We are currently providing management services to the surrounding Atlanta metro areas, McDonough, and Columbus.
Our unique size grants us the infrastructure and flexibility to cater to and meet your association's specific needs.
Eiram has a great customer retention record which affirms our unyielding commitment to our clients and the quality of service we provide.
Our office is located in McDonough, GA. A great professional location with plenty of space for education, training, and board meetings.

Board Member Courses
Eiram Management Group offers training programs for board members at various times throughout the year. By doing so, we find that board members who take advantage of these learning/support programs better understand their roles and responsibilities; thus, increasing their skills and knowledge.
Board Member Certification
This two-hour course meets the state of Georgia's education requirements of new board members and is offered free to our clients.
Lunch & Learn Course
Eiram Management Group is proud to partner with trusted vendors that bring you a series of valued added relevant courses. Lunch & Learn topics include, but are not limited to Georgia friendly landscaping, lake, pond and retention pond maintenance, fining committee for covenant violations, insurance, collections and much more. These learning opportunities are free to our clients.
Budget Planning Seminar
This budget planning "Do's and Don'ts" seminar is offered free to our clients every year before budget season. Board members do not need to be a financial expert. In this seminar, board members will learn what is important for their association. Upon completion, board members will be able to apply new skills and information to their budget plan.
